Positive: From the warm welcome to the smooth check-out, everything about my stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The overall environment of the hotel was calm and surrounded by nature, and the swimming pool, set within this natural setting, was clean and very inviting. Breakfast was well-presented and delicious. The restaurant staff were very polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. I also truly appreciated the herbal garden and the meditation area, both of which were beautifully maintained and added a peaceful, refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, nature, and tranquility.
